Leaving Japan

Yes, we are leaving Japan tonight. It is now 11pm and our flight departs at 12:05 am actually. It has been a long day. We'll land around 5:30pm. Hopefully this will take care of jet lag.
Our trip has been full of many surprises. This morning we did a cooking class for mothers/ladies who came to learn how to make an easy sushi rice dish, cookies and sample tacos. We had confirmed 12 ladies and when we got to the community center to set up there was a line at the door, we ended up hosting 18 ladies and about 15 babies! We all laughed as we cooked, ate and baked. A great time had by all. Jordan was the man as he chopped, diced, mixed and washed. He did it all! Jason helped set up and prepared the taco ingredients and Haj was babysitting the little ones so moms could participate.
We cleaned the apartment, packed our bags and said our goodbyes. Our friend Asami came by and gave us this super delicious mikan daifuku, a whole sweet orange wrapped in fresh mochi dough.
We stopped to eat at a kaiten sushi place, our last official meal.
Anyway, thanks for your prayers and support. We definitely have Much to share with you all when we get back.
